Once you've designed your wood slice, simply make a hole in the bark with your pushpin, and screw in an eyelet.
After you have the eyelet attached you can use the twine and a simple knot to hang your creation anywhere you like - we prefer the Christmas tree!
We've included our premium pack of Christmas Stencils so designing can be seamless and easy. But feel free to get creative.
The finishing oil is the last step. It will "pop" your design and add depth, protection and wonderful matte finish. Use as much or as little as you like.

Scorch Marker was invented by Evan and his wife Sarah. Evan was a full-time firefighter and an avid woodworker. He developed the Scorch Marker in his very own woodshop while working on a commemorative plaque for the fire service. Since then he and his wife have expanded the business while shaking up the crafting industry in the process.
