Our kit contains the most popular and most useful grits. 80, 120, 240, 320 and 600. Low numbers are aggressive. High numbers result in a smoother surface. Dont just start with 600 grit though! We recommend starting with a low grit and working your way up to the highest grit. That’s how the Pro’s do it.

Scorch Marker was invented by Evan and his wife Sarah. Evan is a full-time firefighter and an avid woodworker. He developed the Scorch Marker in his very own woodshop while working on a commemorative plaque for the fire service. Since then he and his wife have expanded the business, shaking up the crafting industry in the process. The Scorch Marker PRO is a new and improved version of the original Scorch Marker.
